early december aunty M had a charity event gg on at her sch and i didnt manage to help her out.. kind of feel sorta paisei. anyway managed to help her out on the recent public holiday. i was expecting to spent the time at her school.. but who knows when i reached she was telling me 'we are gonna to leave this place at 8.15.. lets wait for the other two to come. btw we will be gg to ikea @ Tampines...' the moment i heard ikea @ Tampines i was super excited aldy tt i didnt continue to listen to what she said, lol. the thought of tt super big ikea i just cant wait to reach there asap! as we had lotsa stuffs to bring along so they had called for a Maxicab. okay, it was my first time taking a Maxicab and yar its big and comfy.. the driver is super humorous and aunty M also kind of joined in with him for some fun. overall the service is quite good and the first time experience with Maxicab is just superb.
when we reached ikea, the sight of it reminds me of those megastores we passed by or been to at uk. serious, tt kind of feeling is indescribable. anyway we spent several hours over there as there were 2 workshops to be held consecutively.. yea each workshop with 30 kids. the 1st workshop was fun but theres so many young little kids! i caught an eye on a girl and throughout i thought she is ard 9 or 10 years old.. till we started chatting and she said with her 2 big beautiful eyes widely open 'you know im gg primary 1 next yr! primary 1 next yr!' she seems to be so excited abt gg to be a primary student in just a few wks' time. i was quite shock tt she's barely 6 yrs old and she do look kind of mature. but i feel she is really pretty with her beautiful eyes and natural long blackie hair.. really pretty.
1st workshop ended quite well and immediately hafta packed the whole room to get prepared for the next one. there wasnt as many kids for the 2nd session.. and i kind of lose the momentum aldy.. yea getting old le. anyway i feel tt ikea had a tight security so its safe to shop at ikea! and of course the security uncle is nice enough to show us shortcuts to get out of the building asap.
i wanna visit the ikea, giant and courts megastore! but i dread gg to tampines, the thought of travelling really spoil the mood. yar hopefully one of these days i will have the chance to visit the place.
